With a SEER rating of up to 19.50, the XL19i offers unbeatable energy efficiency and therefore, lower operating costs. The XL19i has dual Climatuff® compressors that allow for two-stage cooling. And because it operates at a low speed (first stage), most of the time you get quiet, efficient and extremely comfortable air conditioning for your home.
Trane has the industry-leading 10-year limited warranty on both compressors, the unique Spine Fin™ outdoor coil and all functional parts. We'll even cover the furnace, air handler and thermostat for 10 years if they are installed at the same time.

Enhanced Airflow
When matched with a variable speed indoor unit from Trane, the XL19i has another special feature. It's a method of enhancing airflow that we call Comfort-R™ and it gives you greater humidity control in cooling. This is accomplished by running the fan at a slower speed during start-up. Comfort-R™ also provides warmer air during heating start-up in the XL19i Weathertron® Heat Pump. These managed cycles reduce temperature variances for the optimum in home comfort.
