At this time, I did not know how long the heat had been off, and since the temperature inside was well below 50 degrees (the lowest marker on the thermostat) I was concerned about the pipes freezing. I mentioned this when I called your offices - I was called back by Charlie Gray within 15 minutes and when I reiterated my concern, he promised to try to be there within two hours. In fact, he made it within one hour and had the heating working soon thereafter.
