Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night on Friday.  We didn’t have a service contract with anyone, so I wanted to locate a locally owned and operated business.  I highly, highly recommend F.S. I returned to my house on December 31st after several days away to find that the heating was not working at all. At this time, I did not know how long the heat had been off, and since the temperature inside was well below 50 degrees (the lowest marker on the thermostat) I was concerned about the pipes freezing. I mentioned this when I called your offices - I was called back by Charlie Gray within 15 minutes and when I reiterated my concern, he promised to try to be there within two hours. In fact, he made it within one hour and had the heating working soon thereafter.
