The V8 oil-fired boiler is designed for quiet operation while providing years of reliable and efficient service.

  • easy access reset button
  • no-tools-required burner cover removal and burner wiring disconnect
  • knobs replace screws for easy removal of the cover and the burner reset button is now located outside the cover for convenient reset access
  • all available burners-Beckett, Carlin and Reillo-now come equipped with a plug and cord arrangement for easy service and attachment of the burner
  • a new fresh air kit allows for optional sealed combustion if desired
  • the burner swing door with the articulating hinge now uses a stud and nut arrangement with a notched door for easier alignment, ensuring a tight seal

    As always, the jacket design and burner enclosure give the V8 a modern, finished appearance, and it is available in multiple heating capacities that can be configured for water or steam - with or without a tankless hot water heating coil. As one of the most versatile boilers available, the V8 is intended for installation in a wide variety of home styles and sizes.

    As an Eneregy StarŪ partner, Burnham Corporation has determined that the V83S, V83WM, V84S, V84WM, V85S, V85WM, V86S, V86WM, and V87 meet the Energy StarŪ guidelines for energy efficiency established by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
